Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

We're looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with strong Angular expertise and practical AI exposure to help build modern, scalable, and user-focused applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, writing clean and maintainable code, and taking full ownership of what they build from design through delivery.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
• Build responsive, intuitive front-end experiences and robust backend services/APIs
• Work on solutions that incorporate or interact with AI/ML-enabled capabilities, automation, or intelligent workflows
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Write clean, well-structured, testable, and maintainable code
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and drive fixes with a strong problem-solving mindset
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from requirements clarification to deployment and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, architecture, and QA
• Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and developer efficiency
• Strong experience in Java full stack development
• Deep hands-on expertise in Angular
• Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and modern web application architecture
• Solid understanding of problem solving, data structures, debugging, and performance optimization
• Passion for writing clean code, following coding standards, and building maintainable systems
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability — someone who can independently drive work forward
• Familiarity with databases such as SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL technologies
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and agile development practices
• Exposure to AI tools, AI-assisted development, intelligent applications, or machine learning integrations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture, messaging systems, or distributed systems
• Experience integrating third-party AI services, LLM-based use cases, or automation solutions
