About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building from the ground up. This role is for someone who wants to own features from the first line of code to the final deployment. You'll be a key part of an early-stage team, helping us build a platform that is not only fast and polished but secure by design. If you care about great product experiences and solid engineering, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of new features across the entire stack, ensuring they are seamless for the user and stable on the backend.
- Develop responsive, high-performance React-based web and mobile applications.
- Work with backend and infra teams to design secure, scalable APIs and services.
- Implement robust security layers: encryption handling, authentication flows, and secure data access.
- Take full ownership of features - from idea to deployment.
- Partner closely with product, design, and AI teams to ship polished user experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience building React-based web and mobile apps.
- Familiarity with admin systems, backend dashboards, or platform tools.
- Proven track record working with encryption, authentication, and secure application design.
- Familiarity with access control, data protection, and high-security standards.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, iterative, early-stage environments.
- Clear communicator who collaborates well and takes ownership end-to-end.

- Interest in AI-powered creative workflows or next-gen storytelling.
- Experience building streaming systems.
- Be super psyched about solving hard challenges that will actually come to production at scale once solved.
- Ready to step in and put out fires whenever something breaks.

- Work Type: Full-time, 5 days per week in-office + 1 day WFH
- Work Location: New Delhi
- Prior startup experience or a passion-led approach to work is highly valued.
