We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and build PaaS control plane services and developer facing platforms for the Airtel Cloud Platform (ACP). This role is for engineers who have built scalable backend systems, understand cloud and platform engineering, and can take ownership of critical control plane components.
You will work on core cloud servicesAPIs, workflows, and UIsthat manage provisioning, lifecycle, and operations of ACP's PaaS offerings.
Responsibilities -
Architect and build PaaS control plane microservices for provisioning, orchestration, and lifecycle
management.
Design and implement robust APIs consumed by cloud services, UIs, and automation.
Build and evolve developer and operator-facing UIs for platform control.
Own services across the full SDLC: design, development, testing, deployment, and production
support.
Drive technical design and code quality, mentoring junior engineers.
Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of control plane systems.
Collaborate with platform, infra, and product teams to define platform capabilities.
Promote cloud-native and open-source-first engineering practices.
Required Skills -
Experience in full stack or backend engineering roles.
Strong backend expertise in Java/Golang (preferred) or similar languages.
Proven experience designing and building microservices-based systems.
Strong understanding of:
o Distributed systems and control plane architectures
o API design (REST/gRPC)
o Data modeling and persistence
Hands-on experience with end-to-end SDLC and production systems.
Frontend experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or equivalent).
Ability to lead technical discussions and drive design decisions.
