Full Stack Engineer (Vue.js & Python)

As a Full Stack Developer at weybee, you will act as a tech lead and play a key role in building AI-first platforms, intelligent tools, and scalable systems. You will drive architecture decisions, define technical standards, and contribute to building products powered by modern AI technologies. This is a core team role with strong ownership and direct impact on innovation.

End-to-end development of AI-powered products from idea to production

Design and integrate AI/ML-driven features (LLMs, automation workflows, data intelligence systems)

Build and manage scalable microservices and APIs supporting AI use cases

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver intelligent and user-centric solutions

Develop and maintain data pipelines, tagging systems, and analytics platforms

Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-enabled systems

Experiment with and adopt emerging AI tools, frameworks, and infrastructure

Ensure best practices in AI integration, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and monitoring

5+ years of software development experience in a SaaS or product-based environment

3+ years of experience with Python (preferred for AI/ML integrations)

Hands-on experience working with AI tools, APIs, or frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases, etc.)

3+ years of experience with ORMs (preferably Django)

2+ years of experience building modern web applications using Vue.js (or similar) and TypeScript

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and scalable architectures

Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and data-driven systems

Familiarity with structured and unstructured data handling (SQL + NoSQL)

Experience in building production-grade, scalable systems

Strong grasp of software engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, modular design)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
