About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Tech Lead to own MintLink's product end-to-end. This is a builder role you will architect, code, and scale the platform while working closely with founders to ship fast and reliably.

Responsibilities

Own frontend and backend development for MintLink

Build scalable systems for automation, messaging, and analytics

Collaborate with product and growth to execute the roadmap

Lead technical decisions and mentor junior developers

Actively use AI tools to accelerate development and problem-solving

Skills

Strong full-stack development experience

Proven system design and scalability skills

High ownership mindset with startup execution ability

Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, etc.)

Clear communication and leadership skills
