Job Overview: As a Full Stack Engineer at Tredence, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications that power solutions for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors. Success in this role means delivering high-quality, reliable software that meets client needs and drives business impact. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions. This position is integral to Tredence's mission to enable practical AI adoption and last-mile insight delivery. What will your role look like - Develop and maintain full stack web applications using ReactJS and Node.js, ensuring responsiveness and performance. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Build scalable cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services to support business applications. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to enhance application quality and resolve issues. - Contribute to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes to streamline releases. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovations to improve existing systems. You will need: - Demonstrate 2 to 5 years of professional experience in full stack development using ReactJS and Node.js. - Possess strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and experience deploying applications on AWS. - Hold a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Exhibit sound understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and modern web development frameworks. - Apply strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in teams. Good to Have Skills: - Gain experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Understand security best practices in application development, especially in the BFSI domain. - Develop knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Obtain certifications in AWS or relevant full stack development technologies to demonstrate expertise.
