Role Overview :

As a Lead Full‑Stack Engineer, you will be part of the Equus development squad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, secure, and scalable software that powers Arval's core leasing, flex-leasing, and insurance solutions. You will work closely with product owners, scrum masters, QA engineers, and other engineers to deliver features on time and with minimal defects.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of professional full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or senior role.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring / Spring Boot) and Angular (latest versions).
• Deep experience building RESTful APIs and consuming them from the front end.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps pipelines (CI/CD, automated security testing, and containerisation).
• Practical knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle (schema design and performance tuning).
• Ability to produce maintainable, secure, documented, scalable, and testable code.
• Experience with unit, integration, and performance testing frameworks.
• Proven track record working in Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Strong teamwork skills, with a comfort level partnering with scrum masters, QA engineers, product owners, and other developers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
