Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Node.js, Full Stack Development, AWS Cloud, and System Design. The candidate will be responsible for leading development efforts, designing scalable applications, mentoring team members, performing code reviews, and delivering high-quality cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers
• Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs
• Design database schemas and optimize queries
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS
• Perform code reviews and enforce best practices
• Participate in architecture and system design discussions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business requirements
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability

Experience

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of REST API development
• Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, IAM)
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers

Education

Required: B-Tech / B.E from reputed institute
