Full Stack Developer (Python + React)

Location: Pune | Experience: 5–10 Years

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and React.js to contribute to the development of scalable cloud-based SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building high-performance web solutions and working in a collaborative product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
• Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js and contemporary frontend practices.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless application connectivity.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical discussions.
• Implement secure coding standards and data protection best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Django, React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and Git.
• Understanding of software design principles and clean architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
• Knowledge of Redux, React Query, or similar state management tools.
• Exposure to Healthcare, EMR/EHR, or SaaS product development.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
