This position emphasizes delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying modern technologies and adopting a cloud-first, agile approach. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and continuously improve system performance is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet evolving business needs.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
• Experience with backend and frontend development technologies related to Python Frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Ability to work with cloud platforms and deploy applications in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and scalability.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
