Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer (NoSQL) to join a high-impact greenfield project. The role involves contributing to PoC development, system design, and building scalable full-stack solutions using Java, React, Azure, and NoSQL technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with a high level of autonomy and ownership on assigned deliverables
- Play a key role in a greenfield project, contributing to PoC development and system design
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React JS
- Perform database modeling and design using NoSQL databases
- Develop and implement robust APIs and backend services
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and other Turing engineers
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation for development processes and systems
- Ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and best engineering practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Backend / Full Stack Engineer
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
- 2+ years of experience with React JS
- 2+ years of experience working with Azure and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB, etc.)
- Strong experience in DB modeling, API design, and implementation
- Experience working on system design and greenfield projects
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Experience with microservices architecture
- Exposure to cloud-native application development
- Prior experience working with distributed or global teams
