Job Profile: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Bangalore/ Delhi NCR

Employment Type: Full-time

Preferred experience: 5 - 8 years

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in building scalable backend systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications on AWS. The role involves designing and developing high-quality APIs, integrating distributed systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions. The ideal candidate will also have exposure to Generative AI technologies (LLMs and GenAI applications) and a strong foundation in modern software engineering practices.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices.

Develop cloud-native applications deployed on AWS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and consultants to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Implement high-quality, maintainable code following best engineering practices and design patterns.

Build and integrate data systems, APIs, and distributed architectures to support enterprise applications.

Contribute to system architecture, performance optimization, and reliability improvements.

Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and testing.

Explore and integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI into digital solutions.

Must - Have Qualifications:

Strong programming experience in Java / Python / C# / C++ / JavaScript / Ruby

Frontend development experience with React and TypeScript

Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services

Experience with SQL databases (MySQL / SQL Server / Oracle) and MongoDB

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices

Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, or GenAI-powered application development

Knowledge of Elasticsearch or Cassandra

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Node.js / Angular / Spring frameworks

Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code

Exposure to AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data engineering solutions

Experience building enterprise-grade scalable platforms
