Position: Full Stack Engineer

Location: Gurugram

Work Mode: Hybrid

Min-Max Experience: 4-8 years

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to work as an Individual Contributor (IC) owning end-to-end development of scalable applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying robust full-stack systems using modern technologies across frontend, backend, and cloud environments.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, system design capabilities, and a passion for building high-quality products.

Your Role Responsibilities and Duties:

Design, develop, and own end-to-end full-stack applications

Build scalable backend services using Java / Node.js

Develop responsive and high-performance frontend using TypeScript

Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices

Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices

Take complete ownership of features from design to deployment

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams

Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance

Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

48 years of experience in full-stack development

Strong expertise in TypeScript, Java, and/or Node.js

Experience in building scalable distributed systems

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design

Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture

Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React/Angular preferred)

Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and coding skills
