Full Stack Developer – Java & Angular | Fintech (Supply Chain Financing)

Pune | On-site; 3-8 Years (Expected CTC according to the experience bar)

We're hiring for a fast-growing fintech platform building invoice discounting, invoice factoring, and working capital solutions for enterprises. This is a build-and-own role — not a maintenance gig.

What matters more than your tech stack:

We care most about how fast you learn, how clearly you communicate, and whether you can own a problem without hand-holding. Java and Angular skills matter, but we're happy to invest in leveling you up technically if the fundamentals and mindset are right.

You'll be a strong fit if you can:

• Talk through a real production bug you personally debugged and fixed — in detail, without notes
• Work independently and occasionally represent the team at client sites
• Pick up new tools/frameworks quickly without needing a playbook

Must have:

• Experience with Java (Spring Boot) + Angular full-stack development
• Fintech, lending, or supply-chain-finance domain exposure
• Product company background
• Excellent communication skills
