Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Must have skills : Java Standard Edition

Good to have skills : Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, AWS Architecture

Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of the complete development lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend functionality. The role requires actively contributing to the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance client services. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to adopt emerging technologies and applies a cloud-first and agile approach to address complex business challenges effectively. This position demands a proactive mindset to continuously improve system performance and user experience through thoughtful engineering practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, AWS Architecture, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models.
