Job Description

Experience

  • 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, capital markets, or product startups is preferred
  • Interest or exposure to crypto and digital assets is a strong advantage

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.js
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
  • Experience working with Kafka or other event-driven messaging systems
  • Good understanding of Docker and containerized deployments
  • Exposure to Kubernetes in production environments
  • Strong understanding of clean code, design patterns, and software architecture principles

Cloud & DevOps

  • Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
  • Experience with GitHub workflows, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted developer tools is a plus

Working Style

  • Comfortable working in Agile teams using JIRA
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Ownership mindset with focus on scalable engineering practices
