Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within an agile environment, the focus remains on creating scalable and efficient systems that address complex business challenges with a cloud-first approach.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of system features ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
