About the role:

Join our innovative ride-sharing startup as a Full-Stack Engineer to build and scale our platform, serving thousands of users with reliable transportation solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain our customer and driver apps using React Native
• Build and optimize backend services with Node.js and TypeScript
• Implement real-time features like ride tracking and notifications
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries
• Ensure high performance and security across all platforms

We're Looking For:

• 4-7years of full-stack development experience
• Strong skills in React Native/Flutter, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Experience with real-time systems and geolocation services
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud services
• Experience with microservices architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or contributing to database engines, storage systems, caching platforms, or distributed infrastructure.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Redis, DynamoDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, or similar systems.
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts including:
• Replication
• Sharding
• Consistency models
• Consensus algorithms (Raft, Paxos)
• Fault tolerance
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Open-source contributions or personal projects demonstrating strong systems engineering capabilities.
