Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Allahabad. This is a full-time, on-site role.
You will be responsible for end-to-end development of front-end and back-end systems that power our blockchain and Web3 applications.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing scalable MERN-stack applications
- Building real-time systems using WebSockets, Redis, queues, and distributed workloads
- Integrating Web3 functionalities (wallets, smart contracts, blockchain networks)
- Optimizing performance, ensuring security, and writing clean, maintainable code
- Collaborating with designers, blockchain engineers, and product teams
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the stack
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
- Strong expertise with WebSockets for real-time communication
- Experience with Redis, caching, and pub/sub systems
- Hands-on experience in job queues like BullMQ or RabbitMQ
- Solid knowledge of backend architecture, API development, and microservices
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Web3 (ethers.js / web3.js, wallet connect, smart contract interaction)
- Understanding of blockchain technologies and decentralized systems
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel)
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup culture with cross-functional teams
