Full Stack Engineer (SDE II / Senior) | AI-Native | Bangalore

MantriAI is hiring for a fast-growing, VC-backed at-home wellness startup. The company delivers professional skin care services at the customer's doorstep, using technology to make wellness convenient and hassle-free. The team is building its core product from the ground up, and this is a chance to join early and shape it.

The role
You'll own the product end to end, from API to interface. You'll work directly with the founders to turn ideas into scalable systems, and you'll use AI coding agents to ship fast.

What you'll do

• Architect, design and launch our core product across frontend and backend
  
• Partner with the founding team to turn ideas into scalable solutions
  
• Ship fast with AI in the loop, using coding agents and LLM tooling
  
• Build AI-powered features
  
• Own product quality, stability and growth
  

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of full stack experience
  
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms. Competitive programming exposure is a must
  
• Ability to design scalable systems and explain your trade-offs
  
• A visible coding profile (GitHub, LeetCode, Codeforces, CodeChef or similar)
  
• Strong React.js and Next.js
  
• Strong Node.js for web and mobile apps
  
• Hands-on with Docker, MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis and ElasticSearch
  
• Familiarity with AWS and light DevOps
  
• AI-native: you use Claude Code, Cursor or similar daily, as your default way of working
  
• Good to have: React Native and app store release experience, and consumer product experience
