Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly responsible Frontend Developer with 3+ years of experience who can own features end-to-end, communicate effectively with clients, and work in a process-driven delivery environment.

This role requires someone who can adapt to AI-driven development practices and leverage modern tools to improve productivity and solution quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable frontend applications using modern frameworks (React/Vue/Angular)
• Convert Figma/UI designs into responsive, production-ready interfaces
• Work directly with clients and provide technical solutions
• Take ownership from requirement understanding to deployment
• Follow strict delivery processes (standups, updates, timelines, documentation)
• Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams
• Optimize performance and user experience
• Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency and debugging

Required Skills

• Strong in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Hands-on experience with React / Vue / Angular
• Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
• API integration and async programming
• Git and version control
• Strong debugging and analytical skills

AI & Modern Development Expectations

• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor)
• Ability to use AI for:
• Code generation and optimization
• Debugging and issue resolution
• Writing reusable components faster
• Basic understanding of:
• LLMs / AI APIs (OpenAI, etc.)
• Integrating AI features into frontend (chat UI, prompt handling)
• Mindset to adapt to AI-first development workflows

(You don't need deep AI engineers here — but adaptability is mandatory)
