Role Overview:

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and scalable systems.

This is not a role where you simply execute tickets. You'll be expected to:

• Think independently
• Solve hard engineering problems
• Build scalable systems
• Own features end-to-end
• Move fast with high responsibility
• You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to create systems used by real people globally. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS)
• Develop responsive web and mobile applications using React and React Native
• Design and implement clean, scalable architectures
• Own features end-to-end: design → development → deployment
• Work on performance optimization, caching, async processing, and scalability
• Build and maintain microservices and event-driven systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform reliability
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployments, and automation
• Write high-quality, maintainable, production-grade code
• Continuously improve engineering standards and development workflows

What are we looking for

• 4–7 years of backend engineering experience
• 3+ years with React and/or React Native
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and preferably TypeScript
• Solid understanding of scalable backend systems and APIs
• Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of caching systems like Redis
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong debugging and performance optimisation skills
• High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
