Full Stack Engineer

You'll be working in the Sales Transformation teams, focusing on creating the most data-driven, agile, productive, and technology-backed sales force in the industry. We deliver the next generation of tools and analytics to empower both the leadership and sales teams. Helping to view & deliver increased revenues through enhanced decision-making and data-driven client engagement at scale.

We're looking for experienced professionals responsible for delivering high-quality applications for our Business, including:

• Proficiency in Java backend development (Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, etc.).

• Proficiency in React.js, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience in the Azure Cloud platform, especially on Web Apps, Azure Monitoring & Terraform.

• Experience in relational databases such as Oracle, Postgres, and MySQL.

• Experience in build tools (e.g., Webpack/Vite) and unit testing framework (e.g., Jest/Testing Library)

• Hands-on experience in CI/CD, automated testing and other DevOps practices

• Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications.

• Drive technical specification and the component design

• Take pride in the quality of delivered software products and services (this is what drives you)

• Previous work in the financial services or banking industry is considered an asset.

• Working directly with the Product Manager and dev team to understand the workflow and needs

• Solving real-world issues such as data access, team dependencies, DevOps, tricky ingestion jobs, getting a sense of data and building complex data/workflows

Responsibilities

• A Full Stack Software Engineer who will build and maintain application for multiple digital products and technology services in the Azure cloud ecosystem for the Sales Transformation team.
• Design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees
• Apply a broad range of software engineering techniques, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment, CI/CD and other DevOps practices
• Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
• Build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
• Learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
• Work in an agile way as part of multi-disciplinary teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and others
• Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities

Mandatory skills

• Proficiency in Java backend development (Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, etc.), at least 9 years
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, at least 6 years of experience
• Experience in the Azure Cloud platform, especially on Web Apps, Azure Monitoring & Terraform.
• Experience in relational databases such as Oracle, Postgres, and MySQL.
• Experience in build tools (e.g. Webpack/Vite) and unit testing framework (e.g. Jest/Testing Library)
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD, automated testing, and other DevOps practices
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications.

Nice to have skills
