Total CollectR (product of Total AI Systems Inc.) is building the future of AI-powered debt recovery for enterprises. This role is for someone who takes accountability, ships fast, communicates clearly and cares about maintainable, scalable software.
Role Summary
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who will take ownership of core product modulesdesigning, building, deploying, and improving them continuously. You will work across PHP/MySQL on the backend and React/HTML/CSS/JS on the frontend, collaborating directly with product and design to deliver high-impact features with speed and precision.
This is not a task-based role. Ownership, clarity and execution speed are central.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of product features, from requirements to deployment
- Build scalable backend logic using PHP and MySQL, designing clean and modular data models
- Develop responsive, accessible UIs using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript
- Integrate and maintain third-party APIs and payment gateways
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert Figma designs into production-ready front-end
- Review and refactor code for performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across features
- Write clear documentation for features, technical specs, and workflows
- Track and resolve bugs with urgency, owning outcomesnot just code
- Contribute to architectural decisions and platform scalability discussions
- Maintain code quality and version control practices using Git/GitHub
Required Experience & Skills
- 47 years of full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, MVC patterns, and API-driven backend development
- Advanced front-end experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery
- Experience integrating payment gateways and third-party services
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across full stack
- Ability to translate UX/UI designs into functional, high-quality front-end code
- Experience working in a SaaS or product-based startup environment
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative delivery cycles
- Clear, direct communication and accountability-driven work style
