Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Java backend development and React frontend development. The candidate should be capable of designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications, APIs, and enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and React.
• Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and business logic using Java / Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.
• Work with databases to design tables, write queries, and optimize performance.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party systems.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve application issues across frontend and backend layers.
• Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and other developers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 3 to 9 years of experience in full-stack application development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Good experience in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of frontend state management, reusable components, and responsive UI development.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server.
• Experience with Git-based version control.
• Good understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or React Testing Library.
• Experience in enterprise application development.
