Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong

expertise in both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate should have

hands-on experience in React.js for frontend development and Python-based backend

frameworks such as Django / Flask / FastAPI.

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications,

collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of end-to-end product

development. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, technical

leadership, and the ability to build efficient, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications across frontend and
• backend systems.
• Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Python (Django / Flask /

FastAPI).

• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend

communication.

• Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality applications.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness.
• Optimize both frontend and backend systems for speed and efficiency.
• Manage and maintain databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQLite.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across the full stack.
• Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical, decision-making.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best coding practices and development standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern frontend development practices.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS . ( GCP / AZURE )
• Hands-on experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of database design, SQL, and query optimization.
• Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQLite.
• Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Redux / Context API or other state management libraries.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT / OAuth.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Exposure to Docker / containerized deployments.
• Understanding of performance optimization and application monitoring tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

4+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.

Ability to independently handle modules and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and problem-solving-driven environment.

Prior experience in product-based or client-facing development projects is preferred.
