About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to understand client requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver production-ready applications. This role requires excellent collaboration skills, the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams, and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate development workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready full stack applications from concept to delivery
- Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and delivery speed
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into applications using frameworks like LangChain
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers
- Act as a liaison between sales and technical teams to ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
Technical Requirements:
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js frameworks
- Backend: Solid experience with Node.js and RESTful API development
- Database: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL including schema design and query optimization
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
AI Tools & Technologies:
- AI-Assisted Development: Experience with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-powered IDEs for accelerated coding
- LLM Integration: Hands-on experience with Claude API, OpenAI API, or other large language model APIs
- AI Frameworks: Working knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks for building LLM-powered applications
- Prompt Engineering: Understanding of prompt design principles and best practices for effective AI interactions
- Vector Databases: Familiarity with Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or pgvector for AI/RAG applications
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in full stack software development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready applications
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve development efficiency
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
