This is an in-office role based out of Gurugram.
About the Role;
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who can contribute across the entire product lifecycle from designing scalable back-end services to building modern front-end experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and ship high-impact features in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities;
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Build and optimize back-end services/APIs using Laravel and Node.js.
- Work with MongoDB for schema design, data modeling, and performance.
- Experience with React Native (optional but a strong plus).
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver intuitive and high-quality user experiences.
- Implement secure, maintainable, and high-performance code across the stack.
- Participate in code reviews, ensure best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical roadmaps.
- Work within agile processessprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
Required Skills & Experience;
- 4+ years of hands-on full stack development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- React.js, Next.js, TypeScript
- Laravel (advanced preferred)
- Node.js
- MongoDB
- Proven experience building production-grade applications end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and security best practices.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure a plus).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Preferred (Nice to Have);
- Familiarity with Docker or containerized deployments.
- Exposure to serverless architectures.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (frontend & backend).
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, PHPUnit, Cypress, etc.).
