Inviting applications for the role of Manager Full Stack Senior Developer.

In this role, The Full Stack Senior Developerwith hands-on experience will design, develop and deploy enterprise-grade full-stack applications within Azure and Databricks environments. The role requires strong technical expertise to build next-generation applications embedding GenAI capabilities. The primary responsibility of the role is to play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative applications that meet client needs and drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise: A full stack senior developer must be proficient in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails. They should also be familiar with databases like MySQL or MongoDB.
• Design and Development: Create scalable web applications using modern technologies, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues across the stack, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize application for scalability and efficiency. Ensuring the quality of code and application functionality is crucial. The full stack lead should implement best practices for testing and debugging to maintain high standards.
• Client Interaction: Often, they interact with clients to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress. This requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to translate technical jargon into understandable terms.
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs and provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
• Process governance: Create and maintain technical documentation, including process design documents (PDDs), solution design documents (SDDs), and test plans according to MARS standards and framework. Ensure all automations adhere to coding standards, security protocols, and enterprise governance policies.
• Process Improvement & Efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and systems. Promote standardization to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Support the regional and global finance projects.

Qualifications We Seek in You!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 4+ years as full stack developer.
• Certifications in React/Python or other relevant full stack technologies

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Build and maintain web/mobile apps using React, Node.js, Python APIs
• Integrate graph backends (Neo4j) for associate and network analysis
• Ensure production-grade scalability, testing, and monitoring
• Hands-on expertise in Neo4j, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL database technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, API design, and backend frameworks for enterprise-grade applications.
• Experience in front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Integrate GenAI capabilities and AI-driven insights into full-stack applications.
• Ensure seamless integration with data platforms, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Establish best practices for code quality, security, performance optimization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Strong experience in Azure and Databricks environments for application deployment and data integration.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Guide and mentor UI development teams in building interactive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
• Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions and communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
