What You'll Do

• Build and own end-to-end product features across frontend and backend systems.
• Develop scalable applications using React and backend technologies such as Python, Go, or Ruby on Rails.
• Design APIs, workflows, integrations, and system architectures that support AI-native recruiting products.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical design reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Improve platform reliability, maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, debugging practices, and technical guidance while remaining a hands-on individual contributor.
• Build intelligent workflows, automation capabilities, and AI-powered user experiences.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar technologies.
• Partner closely with product and engineering teams to rapidly ship customer-facing features.
• Drive engineering excellence through testing, code quality, documentation, and operational discipline.

What We're Looking For

• 6–10 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.
• Strong backend development experience with Python, Go, Ruby on Rails, or similar technologies.
• Experience building scalable SaaS products and customer-facing applications.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system design, distributed systems, and software architecture.
• Experience working across frontend, backend, databases, and cloud environments.
• Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently drive product and technical decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

• AI-powered applications, LLMs, agents, autonomous workflows, or AI product development.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools.
• Startup or high-growth SaaS company experience.
• Mentoring engineers and improving engineering quality standards.
• Product engineering experience where ownership extends beyond coding.
