Full Stack Developer (Backend Heavy Node.js)

Location: Bangalore or Noida (Hybrid / On-site)

Experience: 48 years (flexible for strong candidates)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a backend-focused Full Stack Developer who can design and build scalable, high-performance applications. The role involves extensive work on Node.js-based services, API design using GraphQL, database modeling with MongoDB, and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes. The developer will also contribute to frontend development using Next.js.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend (Primary)

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js

Build and manage GraphQL APIs

Design and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries

Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control

Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems

Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments on Kubernetes

Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews

Frontend (Secondary)

Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js

Integrate frontend applications with GraphQL APIs

Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and responsiveness

Collaborate with design and product teams

Required Skills

Backend

Strong experience with Node.js

Hands-on experience with MongoDB

Solid understanding of GraphQL

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Understanding of microservices architecture

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Frontend

Experience with Next.js

Strong fundamentals of React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Understanding of SSR, SSG, and client-side rendering

Good to Have

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Knowledge of event-driven systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ

Experience building scalable SaaS or B2B platforms

Exposure to performance tuning and high-availability systems
