Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a knack for both web and mobile app frontend development, and a strong flair for UI/UX design using tools like Figma and Design systems. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in Python, experienced in web data scraping, and most importantly, a proactive self-starter willing to embrace and learn new technologies as we scale. This is a remote, long-term contract position that provides an exciting opportunity to be part of groundbreaking projects using AI to revolutionize the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop intuitive and aesthetically pleasing frontend interfaces for web and mobile apps, using modern design tools like Figma

Implement design systems to ensure consistency and high-quality user experiences

Build and maintain AI-powered mobile app frontends using ReactJS

Create scalable backend APIs and data pipelines using Python frameworks like Django or Flask

Implement web data scraping techniques to gather legal data and documents from various sources

Work closely with cross-functional teams to launch new AI features

Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness meet our high standards

Document code base and system functionalities to facilitate future enhancements

Qualifications

A proactive approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Strong experience in frontend development for web and mobile apps

Proficient in UI/UX design, with demonstrable skills in tools like Figma and Design systems

Proficient in Python and libraries/frameworks for web scraping (Scrapy, etc.)

Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail

Experience or interest in AI and machine learning is a big plus

Understanding of RESTful API design

Strong communication skills, comfortable with remote collaboration tools
