Role Overview
We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with 23 years of hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js to join our development team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building scalable APIs, developing responsive frontend applications, and contributing across the full product lifecycle.
You will work on feature development, performance optimization, and production deployments within a MERN-based architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend)
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Express.js
- Design and manage MongoDB schemas and database queries
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Implement authentication and role-based authorization (JWT/OAuth)
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Participate in code reviews and sprint planning
- Assist in deployment and debugging production issues
Required Skills
Frontend
- Strong understanding of React.js fundamentals (Hooks, Components, Lifecycle)
- Experience with state management (Redux or Context API)
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Experience building responsive UI
Backend
- Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js
- REST API development
- MongoDB and Mongoose
- Basic understanding of security best practices
Tools & Environment
- Git version control
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD
- Familiarity with Docker (preferred)
- Experience deploying applications (AWS / GCP / Azure is a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience working in SaaS startups
- Familiarity with TypeScript
- Basic understanding of system design principles
- Experience with caching (Redis)
