Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (Java + React JS) to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves building and enhancing enterprisegrade financial applications with strong emphasis on quality, scalability, and performance. Candidates should have handson expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, along with strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java / Spring Boot (backend) and React JS (frontend).
2. System Integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate services and ensure seamless data flow.
3. Code Quality & Standards
- Write clean, maintainable code.
- Conduct peer code reviews and enforce best practices.
4. Performance Optimization
- Identify bottlenecks and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
5. Technical Leadership
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to process improvements and tooling enhancements.
6. Requirement Analysis
- Work with BAs and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
7. Testing & Debugging
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and endtoend tests to ensure application quality.
8. Documentation
- Prepare clear technical documentation, design documents, and user guides.
9. Security
- Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
- Advanced experience in React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Good understanding of REST APIs & Microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with SQL / Oracle / MongoDB
- Version control expertise with Git
- Experience with CI/CD using tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus
