Role Overview
As a Lead Developer, you will drive end-to-end development, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions across performance, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor developers, driving engineering excellence
- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using modern architecture
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders on requirements and delivery timelines
- Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and performance issues
- Drive adoption of new tools, frameworks, and engineering improvements
- Build a collaborative and high-ownership engineering culture
Required Skills & Experience
- 9+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- .NET Core / C# / ASP.NET MVC / Web API
- Microservices Architecture
- Angular + TypeScript + JavaScript
- MongoDB / NoSQL + SQL (working knowledge)
- Entity Framework, LINQ
- RabbitMQ
- Docker + Kubernetes (Containerisation)
- Exposure to AWS / Azure / Azure DevOps
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

- HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
