Full Stack Engineer

Ciklum is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team full-time in India

About the role:

As a Full Stack Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Build an AI-powered async nutrition platform that improves patient adherence between RD sessions, meaningfully reduces RD workload, and establishes a differentiated foundation for long-term scale and D2C expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop robust APIs in Node.js for the mobile frontend and RD dashboard
• Build the AI orchestration layer in Python to handle nutrition analysis, meal photo recognition, and LLM-driven patient feedback
• Integrate third-party services (Stripe for D2C payments, SendGrid for notifications)
• Implement real-time features using WebSockets for the async chat component
• Write clean, modular, and well-tested code that follows a microservices or clean-monolith architecture

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) and Python (FastAPI/Django)
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and managing prompt engineering
• Solid understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design
• Experience with SQL databases and ORMs (Prisma, SQLAlchemy)
• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React) for the RD dashboard
