About the Role

Chate Prep Plus is building a scalable digital learning platform for students across India.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of our technology ecosystem — from student-facing websites and LMS integrations to payment systems, dashboards, APIs, automation and backend infrastructure.

This is not a role where you will only receive tickets and write code.

We want someone who can understand a business requirement, suggest the right technical approach, build it, test it, deploy it and continuously improve it.

What You Will Work On

You will help build and manage systems including:

• Chate Prep Plus website and student learning platform
• Shopify-based product and checkout ecosystem
• LMS integrations
• Student login and course-access systems
• Video-learning infrastructure
• Student dashboards
• Teacher/admin dashboards
• Payment gateway integrations
• CRM integrations
• WhatsApp, email and notification automation
• Test series and assessment systems
• Student progress tracking
• Analytics and reporting dashboards
• APIs between different platforms
• Internal operational tools

Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development

Build fast, responsive and student-friendly interfaces using technologies such as:

• React / Next.js
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• HTML5
• CSS / Tailwind CSS
• Responsive web development

You should be able to convert Figma designs into production-ready interfaces.

Backend Development

Build and maintain scalable backend systems using technologies such as:

• Node.js / Express
• Python / Django / FastAPI
• REST APIs
• Webhooks
• Authentication and authorization systems

Database

Work with databases such as:

• PostgreSQL
• MySQL
• MongoDB
• Firebase / Supabase

Design efficient database structures for students, courses, tests, payments and learning activity.

Shopify & LMS Integration

Our technology ecosystem may include:

• Shopify
• LMS platforms
• VdoCipher / secure video platforms
• Payment gateways
• CRM tools
• WhatsApp APIs
• Email systems

You should be comfortable connecting platforms through APIs and webhooks.

Video Learning & Content Security

Help us build a secure learning experience involving:

• Video hosting
• DRM-protected video
• User authentication
• Device/session restrictions
• Signed URLs / secure playback
• Content-access control

Testing & Assessments

Help develop features such as:

• Online tests
• Question banks
• Student submissions
• Marks and results
• Performance analytics
• Progress reports
• Leaderboards
• Test-series dashboards

DevOps & Deployment

Comfortable with:

• Git / GitHub
• CI/CD
• AWS / Google Cloud / DigitalOcean / Vercel
• Server deployment
• Domain & DNS configuration
• Cloud storage
• Monitoring
• Backups
• Security

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Can independently build a product from idea to deployment
• Understands both frontend and backend development
• Is comfortable working with APIs and third-party integrations
• Can debug production issues quickly
• Writes clean and maintainable code
• Understands database architecture
• Thinks about scalability and security
• Has strong problem-solving ability
• Can communicate technical decisions in simple language
• Takes ownership instead of waiting for detailed instructions

Preferred Experience

1–4 years of practical development experience preferred.

Strong freshers with excellent projects and real-world development ability can also apply.

Experience in any of the following will be a major advantage:

• EdTech platforms
• LMS development
• Shopify development
• SaaS products
• Student management systems
• Payment integrations
• Video-streaming platforms
• CRM integrations
• AI/API integrations

Preferred Tech Stack

Knowledge of most of the following would be ideal:

Frontend:

React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS

Backend:

Node.js, Express, Python, Django or FastAPI

Database:

PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase or Supabase

Infrastructure:

AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare, GitHub

Integrations:

Shopify APIs, REST APIs, Webhooks, Razorpay, WhatsApp APIs, CRM APIs

You do not need to know every technology listed above.

What matters most is your ability to learn quickly and build reliable systems.

• Reduce dependency on multiple external developers
• Improve website and LMS performance
• Build new student features rapidly
• Connect Shopify, LMS, payments and CRM smoothly

• Improve student experience
• Improve data security and platform stability
• Help us build technology capable of serving thousands of students
