Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and refining complete system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. You engage in creating seamless experiences for users while ensuring robust and scalable backend solutions. Your work focuses on delivering innovative and efficient solutions that address complex business challenges, often incorporating the latest technologies and methodologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to an agile environment are integral parts of your daily routine, enabling continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and agile development practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our DDC 1A - STPI location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
