Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to drive technical excellence and innovation. This is a high-priority role where you will architect scalable solutions, mentor engineering teams, and shape the technical direction of critical products.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Define and drive architecture decisions for full-stack applications using modern technologies
- Design and optimize database schemas using Prisma ORM and PostgreSQL
- Develop and maintain containerization strategies using Docker and AWS ECS
- Lead AWS infrastructure optimization efforts across ECS, Aurora PostgreSQL, ElastiCache Redis, and ECR
- Establish technical roadmap aligned with business objectives and product strategy
Development & Quality
- Hands-on development using Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Conduct thorough code reviews ensuring best practices, performance, and maintainability
- Implement and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and development workflows
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and engineering practices
Team Development
- Mentor and guide engineering team members in technical skills and career growth
- Facilitate knowledge sharing through documentation, tech talks, and pair programming
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 8-10 years of professional software development experience
- 4+ years in technical leadership or lead developer roles
- Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex full-stack applications at scale
- Hands-on experience working on full stack application development
Technical Expertise
- Frontend: Expert-level proficiency in React (preferably React 19), Next.js (ideally Next.js 16), and TypeScript
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js server-side development
- Database: Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM; experience with database design and optimization
- Caching: Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and session management
- Cloud Infrastructure: Solid AWS experience, specifically with:
- ECS (Elastic Container Service)
- Aurora PostgreSQL
- ElastiCache Redis
- ECR (Elastic Container Registry)
- DevOps: Proficiency in Docker containerization and container orchestration
- Version Control: Expert with Git and modern development workflows

- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements
