Position Overview

The FullStack Engineer Lead is a senior technical owner of productlevel code. He/she designs, develops, and maintains highquality, secure, scalable JavaAngular applications and ensures alignment between API (backend) and UI (frontend) delivery. The role collaborates closely with Scrum Masters, QA engineers, product owners and other development squads to meet businessdriven requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the endtoend delivery of the squad's software (code quality, defect rate, ontime delivery).
• Produce reliable effort estimates and track actual versus planned effort.
• Identify and raise technical risks early; drive mitigation actions.
• Champion continuousimprovement initiatives and share innovative ideas.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Align API and UI development to deliver secure, highperformance solutions.
• Define optimal database schemas, caching strategies and automated functional/performance test approaches.
• Participate in Arval IT development forums and contribute to shared knowledge bases.
• Support the definition and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

• Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience Minimum 5 years of fullstack development experience, with at least 2 years in a technicallead or senior role.
• Domain exposure Experience in leasing, finance or insurance platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Programming: Java (core), Angular, REST/JSON APIs
• Databases Oracle PL/SQL (mandatory); SQL Server (nice to have)
• CI/CD (Git, Jenkins/TeamCity), automated testing, security tooling
• Architecture API Management, micro services, cloud native concepts
• Methodologies: Agile (Scrum/Kanban), DevOps, Test Driven Development
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Git, Docker/Kubernetes (preferred)
