Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in Python to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the design and implementation of software applications, and ensuring that all technical requirements are met and delivered on time. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide guidance and support to the team. The Technical Lead will also be responsible for maintaining the quality of the code, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the scalability and performance of the applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Python-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Mentor and provide guidance to the development team.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python programming language
• Python Full Stack development skills
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and project management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with React JS
• Knowledge of Lan graph
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI concepts and implementations
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit testing and debugging.
• Understanding of data science and machine learning concepts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
