Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who will:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web-based applications to solve complex business problems.
- Write clean, well-structured, maintainable, and testable code.
- Work across the full stack, leveraging modern front-end frameworks and robust back-end services.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineering team members in an agile environment.
- Adapt quickly to changing business requirements and priorities.
- Take ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies where appropriate.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience & Background
- 5+ years of professional experience in an IT or business environment and/or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies (Framework and Core) and C#.
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- 2+ years of experience React.
- Multiple years of experience using source control management systems (e.g., Git).
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in web application development using .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience integrating complex business logic using JavaScript, JSON, RESTful APIs, and modern frameworks.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, repository structure, dependency injection.
- Strong database skills, including writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports.
- Familiarity with Microsoft development tools such as Visual Studio, SQL Server, Windows Server, and GitHub.
- Ability to debug, analyze, and enhance existing code written by others.
- Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
- Working knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD concepts.
Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, PowerShell, and XML.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and SOAP services.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and/or Microsoft Azure.
