Job Description: Full Stack Developer/Tech Coordinator

• Company: Atraski Technology Transformations (ATT)
• Location: CR Park, South Delhi (HQ)
• Budget: ₹3,60,000 Per Annum
• Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays

2. Core Mandate: Infrastructure, Security & Delivery

The defining success factor for this role is maintaining the technical fortress of the Atraski Group while delivering high-performance solutions for internal brands and external clients.

A. Project Timelines & Delivery Management

• Strict Timeline Adherence: Ensure 100% execution of deliverables including website updates, marketplace listings, landing pages, and technical enhancements within pre-set deadlines.
• Operational Efficiency: Take full ownership of the Final Delivery phase—ensuring all code is tested, optimized, and aligned with client expectations before handover.
• Turnaround Strategy: Actively contribute towards improving internal coordination to reduce development turnaround time (TAT) through streamlined technical SOPs.

B. Internal Infrastructure & Tech Security

• Organization Setup: Manage end-to-end tech onboarding for the team, including Gmail/Google Workspace ID setup and Microsoft 365 configurations.
• Tech Security: Implement and monitor security standards across all websites, servers, and databases to prevent breaches and maintain absolute data confidentiality.
• Access Control: Manage permissions for digital assets and report any security risks, bugs, or operational vulnerabilities immediately to the Founder's Office.
• Tool Administration: Oversee the technical backend of internal tools such as Odoo for work delegation and Microsoft 365 (Teams/Outlook) for communication.

C. Client Coordination & Retention (with At Buzz)

• External Management: Act as the primary technical bridge for external clients. Lead requirement gathering, manage expectations, and provide Solution-Driven progress updates.
• Retention Engineering: Collaborate with At Buzz to execute technical growth strategies, including speed optimization, automation triggers, and funnel maintenance to drive client ROI.

3. Key Operational Responsibilities:

• Development: Manage end-to-end development across MERN, WordPress (custom themes/plugins/MySQL), and Shopify (Liquid/CLI/APIs).
• Multi-Brand Oversight: Handle technical maintenance and marketplace updates (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for internal brands like At Stay, Jheeni, Vit & Chic, and Woodhouse Herbals.
• System Integrity: Oversee hosting coordination, server health, and site migrations (e.g., from Magento/WooCommerce to Shopify).

4. Professional Standards & Compliance:

• System-Led Management: Execute all tasks within the Atraski SOP framework and contribute to the Central Excellence Hub.
• Full Commitment: Devote full working time and abilities to the Company's digital infrastructure.
• Adaptability: Execute all tasks as assigned; no technical task is outside usual duties if it supports the Group's national expansion or client satisfaction.

5. Technical Requirements:

• Expert Coding: In-depth knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Liquid.
• Data & API: Mastery of MySQL, MongoDB, and RESTful API integration (JSON/XML).
• Management Tools: High proficiency in Odoo and Microsoft 365 (Teams/Outlook/OneDrive).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional client coordination and cross-departmental collaboration abilities.

6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Timeline Adherence: 100% on-time delivery of projects as tracked in Odoo/Excel Sheet
2. System Security: Zero data breaches and timely setup of employee tech IDs.
3. Client Satisfaction: Professionalism in external coordination and technical retention impact.
4. Operational Uptime: Maintaining 99.9% uptime and sub-3-second load times for all managed platforms.
