Inviting Applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - ServiceNow!

In this role, you will provide technical leadership to the team & work closely with client enterprise architecture team and client ServiceNow Teams

Responsibilities

  • Floor Designer / Space Planner: Designs and optimizes physical space layouts for functionality, aesthetics, and safety (e.g., offices, commercial, industrial). This involves using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) or Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to create detailed diagrams and floor plans, managing space allocation, and planning for moves, adds, and changes (MAC).

  • Smart Assessment: Utilizes data from Internet of Things (IoT) sensors and connected devices to collect real-time data on space usage, occupancy levels, and environmental conditions (e.g., air quality, temperature). This enables proactive management and data-driven decision-making.

  • Scripting: Involves using programming languages like SQL, Python, or R to automate data collection/cleaning, perform advanced analysis, or customize software tools. This helps streamline workflows and integrate various systems.

  • Dashboard and Reporting: Translates complex data into actionable insights using data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. This person creates intuitive dashboards and generates reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as space utilization, energy consumption, and maintenance backlogs for stakeholders and management.

  • Integration: Connects various systems (e.g., Building Automation Systems, Energy Management Systems, Human Resources systems, and facility management software) to ensure seamless data flow and a unified view of operations. This often involves using APIs for bi-directional data transfer.

  • Identify and Evaluate Risks: Systematically identify and evaluate potential hazards and risks affecting the organization across various domains (e.g., information security, finance, health & safety, projects).

  • Develop Mitigation Strategies: Create and implement robust risk mitigation strategies, action plans, and controls to reduce identified risks.

  • Conduct Assessments and Audits: Perform regular risk assessments, audits, and analyses, which may involve using specific tools or methodologies (e.g., Job Risk Assessment (JRA) or Job Safety Analysis (JSA).

  • Ensure Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and corporate policies.

  • Report to Management: Prepare comprehensive reports and present risk assessment findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate: Work with various departments (IT, operations, finance, etc.) to address risk management issues and foster a risk-aware culture.

  • ServiceNow scripting experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and REST/SOAP Web Services.

  • Understanding and experience of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and all scripted aspects of ServiceNow.

  • Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.

  • Experience of ServiceNow solution Implementation (configuration and customization) experience

  • Strong understanding of Enterprise architecture processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions.

  • Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs

  • Experience in architecting, solutioning, implementation and configuration of Financial Service Operation

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management frameworks

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

. Experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation
. Experience in working in IRM domain out of which some experience in the role of

IRM Architect
. Experience in ServiceNow IRM design, architecture, and implementations with a fair understanding of ServiceNow IRM model, plugins, and accelerators.
. Excellent customer facing skills
. Should have worked extensively on ServiceNow Integrations with other external systems
. Knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS.
. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IRM
. Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance.
. Certified Implementation Specialist - Vendor Risk Management
. Understanding of various regulations like GDPR, ISO etc. (Good to have)
