Full Stack Engineer

At Client, we build the systems that power a global ecosystem. TheClient Services Engineering (ASE)team is looking for aFull-Stack Engineerto lead the creation of a brand-new, mission-critical internal platform.

This isn't a maintenance role.80% of your time will be dedicated to greenfield development, building a sophisticated,high-performance web application from the ground up. You will own the entire stackfrom designing intuitive, responsive userinterfaces inReactto architecting robustPythonbackends and APIs. • KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnd-to-End Product Development: Lead the design and implementation of a new internal tool, taking features frominitial concept and UI wireframes to a deployed production service.
• Frontend Excellence: Build a highly interactive, state-managed, and accessible user interface using React andmodern CSS frameworks.
• Backend API Architecture: Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs in Python (FastAPI) to power the frontend andintegrate with core Client infrastructure.
• State Management & Data Flow: Implement efficient client-side state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, or ReactQuery) to handle complex, real-time data visualizations.
• System Integration: Connect the platform to a variety of internal data sources and infrastructure services via secureAPI orchestration.
• Performance & Reliability: Ensure the application is performant at scale, focusing on both frontend rendering speedsand backend latency.

• REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEReact Mastery:Expert knowledge of React.js, including Hooks, functional components, and the modern Reactecosystem.
• Python Backend Development:Proven expertise in Python for building web services, background workers, andautomation logic.
• Modern Frontend Tooling:Deep experience with TypeScript, Vite/Webpack, and CSS-in-JS or Tailwind CSS.
• API Design:Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs with a focus on security, versioning, anddocumentation.
• Database & Storage:Experience designing schemas and querying relational (PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases.
• CI/CD & Deployment:Solid understanding of Git-based workflows and deploying full-stack applications through automated pipelines.

• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSUX/UI Design:A keen eye for design and the ability to build intuitive user experiences without needing a dedicateddesigner.
• Testing:Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or Playwright) and Python unit testing (PyTest).
• Containerization:Familiarity with Docker for local development and production parity.
• Observability:Experience using tools like Sentry or Splunk to monitor frontend errors and backend performance.

• Tech StackPython, React, Restful APIs (FastAPI), System Design, UX/UI design familiarity
