Individual Brilliance: Fostering diversity, contributions, and initiatives Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer - Full Stack to join our innovative team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will lead full-stack development initiatives, mentor development teams, and deliver scalable solutions using modern technologies while ensuring high performance and security standards. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain front-end components using AngularJS

Build secure RESTful APIs and backend services with Spring Boot

Integrate and manage MongoDB for data storage and retrieval

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams

Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications

Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards

Debug and resolve technical issues across the full technology stack

Develop unit and integration tests for frontend and backend components

Maintain version control using Git and manage CI/CD pipelines

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development team members Required Qualifications Experience & Education

Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience

Relevant graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Proven experience in full-stack development

Technical Skills

Proficient in AngularJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

Strong backend development skills using Java and Spring Boot

Experience working with MongoDB, including schema design and queries

Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and web architecture

Familiarity with development tools like Postman, Maven, and Git

Knowledge of JSON, XML, and data serialization formats

Strong understanding of security best practices in web development

Strong understanding of Agile development practices

Experience with CI/CD pipeline management Leadership Skills

Team management experience (preferred)

Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
