Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The engineer embraces emerging technologies and applies a cloud-first, agile approach to address complex business challenges, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet project requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries related to React.js development.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end integration techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud-based development environments and deployment processes.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing web applications for performance and scalability.
