Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the workday is dynamic and focused on solving complex business challenges through creative and efficient software engineering practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align technical objectives with business goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of backend development including RESTful services and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
