Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, all while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to enhance client services and deliver high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet evolving business needs.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js.
• Strong understanding of backend and frontend development principles.
• Experience with cloud-based architectures and deployment strategies.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
