The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges in a cloud-first environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js.
- Strong knowledge of backend development frameworks and RESTful API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
